Since 2017.
In August 2017, Teresa Pérez and Jean-Marc Raick founded Pérez Real Estate. Local knowledge of the Dominican market met the experience of a European investor, with a shared ambition: to bring clarity and thoughtful guidance to every property journey.
The agency specialised in tourism property and established its presence in Bayahibe. The trust and recommendations of its first clients helped it grow. Today, its presence in Dominicus and Madrid brings property plans closer on both sides of the Atlantic.
