I was a Pérez Real Estate client before becoming an adviser. The first payments, documents to sign, arrangements made from abroad: I understand the questions that come with buying in another country. That experience shapes the way I support each client today.
I have lived in Canada for several years, building my career in coordination, management and support roles. Those experiences taught me to value organisation, thoroughness and quality of service. For more than two years, I have brought that experience to property projects in the Dominican Republic.

Sometimes, the difference is in a detail on the plan.
During an off-plan purchase, my clients had a very specific requirement for the location of their apartment. When the development changed, I checked whether that requirement was still being met.
That review showed that another unit was a better match for their expectations. I helped them through the steps needed to make the change. It is a good example of why attentive follow-up matters long after the initial selection.
