Three cultures, the same care for your plans.
I bring together three cultures: Dominican, Danish and Belgian. I have lived in Denmark since 2014. I have a degree in Public Relations and Digital Marketing and, since 2019, have developed Anaïs Dining, my catering and private chef business. Listening, organising and understanding each client’s expectations have long been part of my daily work.
My interest in property began when we bought our own holiday home in the Dominican Republic. In 2025, I was a Pérez Real Estate client, arranging that purchase from Denmark. The experience was so positive that I wanted to join the team and offer the same attentive, personal support to others.
Today, I bring together my knowledge of my home country, my experience as a buyer and investor and my understanding of European and Scandinavian cultures. What motivates me is helping you turn an idea into a concrete plan that reflects your budget, lifestyle and what you really want from your property.

After your purchase, I can guide you on furnishing, property management and holiday rentals. If you live abroad, we can also explore ways to delegate day-to-day management.
An example of my support
In Dominicus, a property to rent out and enjoy.
A client wanted to buy a holiday rental property but was unsure how to use platforms such as Airbnb without personally handling guest arrivals, cleaning and everyday tasks.
I explained how short-term rentals work and the option of appointing a property management company. After clarifying her goals, I helped her find a home 400 metres from Dominicus beach: a property chosen for her rental plans that she and her partner will also be able to enjoy during their own stays.
